Business and Executive Coach
I believe that success should not come at the expense of everything else. I help my clients achieve their version of success so they can actually enjoy that success, by spending less time at the office and more time doing what they love with the people they love.
I was born to coach. My twenty years in sales, sales management, operations, and general management were simply preparation for the job I was meant to do. I've worked for Fortune 200 corporations, entrepreneurial startups, and locally-owned businesses. I've experienced big wins and tough losses, and I use those experiences to guide my clients every day.
When I'm not coaching clients, I’m probably coaching my kids– in baseball, softball, hoops, and skiing. The time that is left is spent at dinner or around a fire pit with my wife Carol, and on or near a body of water whenever possible.
Coaching is personal. There has to be a fit. We get into some deep, heavy stuff, and trust and accountability are paramount to success. Above all, coaching is about mindset. My clients want to get better, know that better means change and change takes work, and they are ready to DO that work. If you're ready, so am I. Let's talk.
